Celuvae Adjustable Knee Brace
The only knee brace with a micro-dial that adjusts to your knee as it changes through the day — so it never slips, never bunches, and stays put from the first mile to the last.
Select your protection:
Why most hikers choose two
When one knee hurts, you stop trusting it — so your body quietly shifts the load to the other side. Month after month, that "good" knee carries weight it was never meant to carry alone. It's the most common reason one bad knee becomes two.
Bracing both isn't overkill. It's protecting the knee that's still holding up — before it becomes the next one you're worried about.
Configure your first brace
Configure your second brace
Your knee doesn't stay one size. Over a single day on the trail it swells, settles, and swells again — and every brace you've owned was built for one frozen moment of that day. That's why they slid, bunched, and quit on you.
Here's the Part That Changes Everything
Celuvae is the only brace that changes with your knee — because of one part no other brace has.
-
1
The Micro-Dial
Turn it right, the brace tightens in tiny increments. Turn it left, it releases. Adjust it through your pants, on the trail, without ever taking the brace off.
-
2
Dual Side Stabilizers
Flexible steel on each side keeps the knee tracking straight — support without locking your stride.
-
3
Anti-Slip Silicone Grip
Internal silicone bands lock to the skin. This is what ends the "slid down by lunch" problem for good.
-
4
Open-Back Breathable Knit
No fabric behind the knee. Nothing to bunch, pinch, or trap heat on a long climb.
-
5
Integrated Patella Gel Pad
Floats over the kneecap to absorb the impact behind that grinding sensation on descents.
Every Brace in Your Drawer Failed for a Reason. Here's the Reason — and the Fix.
"It slid down and bunched by lunch."
Your knee shrank as swelling settled. The brace couldn't tighten to keep up.
A quarter-turn of the dial takes up the slack. It stays where you put it.
"It cut off my circulation on the climb."
Your knee swelled inside a brace that couldn't give.
Loosen the dial a click mid-hike. No stopping, no taking it off.
"The sizing chart was just wrong."
One fixed size can't fit a knee that changes by up to 15% in a day.
Each size covers a range. The dial closes the gap — even if you measure a little off.
"The rods poked through and dug into my leg."
Rigid frames fight a joint that moves. Something has to give.
Flexible stabilizers move with the knee instead of against it.
What This Looks Like on an Actual Hike
Morning, at the trailhead
Knee's stiff and slightly swollen. Snug the dial down until it's firm but comfortable. Takes about five seconds.
Two miles into the climb
Knee's warmed up and swelling. Feeling tight? Reach down, back the dial off one click. Keep walking.
The descent
This is where knees give out. Tighten the dial back down for maximum support exactly when you need it most.
No other brace lets you do this. That's the whole difference.
FIND YOUR FIT
Finding Your Size Takes 30 Seconds
Why sizing Celuvae is easier than any brace you've tried: the Micro-Dial adjusts the fit to your knee, so each size covers a wide range instead of one exact number. You're not trying to hit a perfect measurement — you're landing inside a range, and the dial handles the rest. Measured a little off? The dial still has you covered.
How to Measure
- Sit down and bend your knee to about 30° — foot flat on the floor, like sitting in a chair.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around your thigh, about 5½ inches (14 cm) above your kneecap. This one measurement is all you really need.
- Keep it snug but comfortable — flat against the skin, not squeezing.
- Find your number in the chart below. Between two sizes? Use your body weight as the tie-breaker, or size up — the dial tightens to fit.
No tape measure? Wrap a piece of string around your thigh, mark where it meets, then lay it flat against any ruler.
| Thigh Measurement (5½" above kneecap) |
Your Size | Best For (body weight) |
|---|---|---|
| 12" – 15¾" 30 – 40 cm |
M | 99 – 143 lbs 45 – 65 kg |
| 12½" – 19" 32 – 48 cm |
L | 143 – 187 lbs 65 – 85 kg |
| 14" – 22" 36 – 56 cm |
XL | 187 – 231 lbs 85 – 105 kg |
| 16½" – 25" 42 – 64 cm |
2XL | 231 – 275 lbs 105 – 125 kg |
Between two sizes? The sizes are built to overlap on purpose, so many people fall into more than one. When that happens, match your body weight in the right-hand column — and if you're still unsure, size up. The dial tightens the brace down to a perfect fit.
Still not sure? Don't guess — ask us. Email your measurement before you order and a real person will tell you exactly which size to get. Every order is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee, so if the fit isn't right, we make it right or refund you. No risk either way.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Before You Order
Will it slide down like every other brace I've tried? +
The dial system is what makes this different. Internal silicone grip bands lock the brace to your skin — six of them, not one weak silicone strip like most braces. Combined with the dial's ability to tighten the brace incrementally throughout the day, sliding is the failure mode Celuvae was specifically built to eliminate. If yours slides, that's exactly what the 60-day guarantee is for. Send it back.
How do I know I'll get the right size? +
The MDA System gives you about a 20% range of adjustment within each size, so even if you're "between sizes" — which most people are — the dial closes the gap. If you're uncertain about sizing, email us your measurements before ordering and a real person will tell you which size to get. Free easy exchanges if you need to swap sizes after ordering.
Will it be too hot to wear all day, especially during activity? +
The brace is built with an open-back breathable knit — no fabric behind the knee at all. This is the single biggest comfort difference between Celuvae and a closed sleeve. Most customers report being able to wear it under jeans on hot days without thinking about it.
My knees are bone-on-bone. Am I too far gone for a brace? +
Bone-on-bone osteoarthritis is exactly what Frank built this brace for. His own diagnosis was bone-on-bone. The mechanical support and compression that Celuvae provides is most valuable for people whose cartilage has worn down significantly — that's the population that needs the support most. The 60-day guarantee means you can test this on your own knees with no risk.
How long does shipping take, and how do returns work? +
Standard shipping arrives in 7-11 business days, free on every order. If you need to return, email us — we respond within one business day, send you a prepaid return label, you ship it back, we refund the order. No questions, no fees, no hassle. support@celuvae.com
